Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default, though you may request deletion at any time. 6.1 Opt-Out Request Processing

In compliance with updated FCC regulations effective April 2025, we process opt-out requests within 10 business days. You may submit opt-out requests through any reasonable method including email, text message, voicemail, or verbal communication. We honor revocation requests regardless of the method used.

6.2 Google Calendar Data Retention

When you connect your Google Calendar to CallsOrbit:

  • Calendar Events: Events created through our service remain in your Google Calendar until you delete them. We do not automatically delete calendar events.
  • Access Tokens: OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely. Tokens are refreshed automatically and can be revoked at any time through your Settings page or your Google Account security settings.
  • Calendar Metadata: Information about your calendars (names, IDs) is retained only while your Google Calendar is connected. This data is deleted immediately upon disconnection.
  • Appointment Records: Our database stores appointment details separately from Google Calendar. These records are retained for the duration of your account, allowing you to view appointment history even if you disconnect your calendar.

To disconnect your Google Calendar and revoke our access, visit Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar → Disconnect. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

9. Google User Data Disclosure

Important: Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide CallsOrbit access to your Google account data, our use of that data will be limited to the practices explicitly disclosed in this Section 9. In the event of any conflict between other sections of this Privacy Policy and this Section 9, this Section 9 shall control with respect to Google user data.

CallsOrbit's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9.1 How We Use Google User Data

When you connect your Google account to CallsOrbit, we access only the data necessary to provide our services. We use Google user data solely for the following purposes:

  • To authenticate your identity and provide access to our platform
  • To sync your calendar for scheduling appointments (if you enable this feature)
  • To provide and improve user-facing features of our service that you have requested

9.2 Restrictions on Google User Data

We do NOT use Google user data for:

  • Serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising
  • Training artificial intelligence or machine learning models
  • Selling or transferring to third parties (except as necessary to provide the service)
  • Any purpose other than providing or improving user-facing features

9.3 Data Sharing

We only share Google user data with service providers who are necessary to deliver our services to you (such as our authentication provider). These service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using Google user data for any purpose other than providing the service.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
